LA RUSTICHELLA TRUFFLES
Our client is a very well-established food producer and distributor of black truffles and various other products in Italy. The company originates back to 1986. The La Rustichella Truffles team in Italy contacted us to expand their market to the UK and supply truffles to the UK and European markets.
We provided an in-depth consultation in relation to import/export to the UK. Our client was very satisfied and the expansion into the UK commenced in February 2021. We helped our clients open their UK Limited company and Business bank account. We also provided useful data and contacts for them to begin their business operations in the UK.

Our client is a very well established Hair Stylist in Italy with a huge social media following. When she initially contacted us we gave her a consultation and helped open her UK Limited company and Business bank account.
Our client required a shop premises in London for her business so she took our property sourcing service and we found her an existing hair salon business for which we negotiated a large discount and secured her the business and property. As a result of the success of her first salon, we have gone on to opening two further salons for her in London.

Reneweable Energy Client
Our renewable energy client had an existing business in Europe supplying renewable energy solutions in particular solar panel systems for large factories and warehouses. His renewable energy solutions would provide enough energy to operate the factories as well as surplus energy, which would be put back into the national grid generating an additional income for the factory. Our client wanted to explore the UK market without having to employ staff in the UK.
Initially we compiled a comprehensive market research report for our client of exactly how to start the new business in the UK, current market trends, potential clients, competitor analysis and license and legalities to abide as well as a forecast to realise if the business would be successful in the UK. After the findings from the report we helped our client open a UK Limited company and business bank account as well as taking care of his accountancy needs.
Once the business was ready to trade we sent out two business development managers to our clients business abroad for 3 days to learn about the clients’ products in depth and their key selling points. We agreed on a percentage commission with the client and marketed his products to potential customers in the UK. Flying Formations worked extensively acquiring UK tenders for the business.

Our client wanted to open a street food truck business in London and really wanted a pitch in Westfield Shopping Centre. We helped our client initially open his UK Limited Company and business bank account and then went on to help him secure a pitch in Westfield Stratford.
We helped create all the documentation such as health and safety and HACCP assessments requested by the shopping center including registering his business as a food business with the local authority.
